QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our Clinical Quality Assurance (CQA) team is comprised of registered nurses skilled in group disability claims assessment. All reports are fully reviewed prior to client submission ensuring reports deliver:

Our reviewing physician(s) will perform a peer review on all medical and non-medical claim documentation culminating in a narrative report.
A final narrative report will be securely delivered promptly and in accordance with customized turnaround times.
Peer Review
A comprehensive independent review of all medical and non-medical claim documentation by a board certified actively practicing physician.
Peer-to-Peer Review
with Treating Physician
A comprehensive independent peer review that also includes the results of the telephonic clinical discussion between the reviewing physician and the treating physician(s) to gain a mutual understanding of the particulars surrounding the claim.
Panel Review
A comprehensive independent peer review by two or more specialty fields to address a claimant’s co-morbid diagnoses. All facets of the claimant diagnosis, physical and mental impairments are addressed and each physician stays within their scope of specialty.

Appropriateness of Treatment
A comprehensive independent peer review that evaluates the current treatment regiment which opines necessity and appropriateness.
